TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVANA LABS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SOLVANA LABS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solvana Labs from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased from us shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SOLVANA LABS AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Small Claims & Opt-Out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@solvanalabs.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your order number.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and subject to Section 10 above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
