At Solvana Labs, we stand behind everything we make. If it doesn't work for you, we'll refund you — and you won't have to ship anything back.

Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every first order of a Solvana Labs product is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. Opened bottles are included. Our formulas are daily routines that build gradually, and we don't think you should have to pay for something you actually tried and didn't benefit from.

How it works

1. Give it a real try. Because our formulas work gradually, we ask that you take it consistently, as directed, for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. Most customers who see a difference notice it in the 4-to-8-week range — a refund requested after a few days doesn't give the formula (or you) a fair shot.
2. Email us at hello@solvanalabs.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a few words about your experience.
3. Keep the product. In most cases, no return is required — we may ask you to return the remaining product or to provide a photo of your bottle(s), at our discretion, but that's it.
4. Get your refund. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

The fine print — kept short on purpose

• The guarantee applies to your first purchase of any Solvana Labs product and is limited to one refund per customer / household.
• The refund covers the full purchase price of your order. Since shipping is free, there are no shipping fees to worry about.
• Refund requests made more than 90 days after delivery are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of abuse (repeat claims, resale, or bulk purchases made with the apparent intent to claim a refund).

The 365-Day Freedom Guarantee — SV-02™ full protocol only

SV-02™ is built as a 150-day protocol. When you complete it, we back the result for a full year.

What it covers. If you finish the 150-day protocol as directed and your hemorrhoids return within 12 months of your last dose, we refund every dollar you paid for that order. Nothing to send back.

What qualifies. The Freedom Guarantee is carried by the 5-bottle full protocol only. The 1- and 3-bottle tiers do not carry it — they don’t complete the protocol, and we won’t promise a year on an unfinished one. Those orders are covered by the 90-day guarantee above.

How to claim. Email hello@solvanalabs.com with your order number, the date you finished the protocol, and a few words about what came back. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

The fine print

• The Freedom Guarantee window opens the day you finish the 150-day protocol and closes 12 months later.
• One refund per order. An order already refunded under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is not eligible again.
• Limited to one refund per customer / household.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of abuse (repeat claims, resale, or bulk purchases made with the apparent intent to claim a refund).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@solvanalabs.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to intercept it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the 90-day guarantee above.
