Every first order of SV-01 is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. Opened bottles are included. SV-01 is a daily routine that builds gradually, and we don't think you should have to pay for something you actually tried and didn't benefit from.
How it works

Give it a real try. Because SV-01 works gradually, we ask that you take it consistently, as directed, for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. Most customers who see a difference notice it in the 4-to-8-week range — a refund requested after a few days doesn't give the formula (or you) a fair shot.

Email us at hello@solvanalabs.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a few words about your experience.

Keep the product. In most cases, no return is required — we may ask you to return the remaining product or to provide a photo of your bottle(s), at our discretion, but that's it.

Get your refund. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.
The fine print — kept short on purpose
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase of SV-01 and is limited to one refund per customer / household.
- The refund covers the full purchase price of your order. Since shipping is free, there are no shipping fees to worry about.
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after delivery are not eligible.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of abuse (repeat claims, resale, or bulk purchases made with the apparent intent to claim a refund).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@solvanalabs.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to intercept it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the 60-day guarantee above.
