This Privacy Policy describes how Solvana Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit solvanalabs.com (the “Site”), make a purchase, or otherwise communicate with us.
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates), send marketing communications where permitted (you can unsubscribe at any time), improve the Site, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure Site performance, and support our advertising. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect parts of the Site. For cookies set by Shopify, see Shopify's cookie documentation.
We share personal information with: Shopify, which powers our store; payment processors; shipping and fulfillment providers; customer-support tools; analytics and marketing partners (including advertising platforms); and professional advisors, or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws — see Section 7 for your opt-out rights.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to maintain your order history, comply with tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@solvanalabs.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information or its “sharing” for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. You can exercise this right in two ways:
California residents may also request details about the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which it is used, as described in this policy.
We may transfer your personal information outside of your country, including to the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
The Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
No system is perfectly secure, but we use commercially reasonable organizational and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, and our payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date.
